Had a appointment with this dentist office today. I came 45 minutes away to come to this location . I have one thing to say! Don't go to this location Customer Service is crazy rude. Had meet one of the dentist there and was willing to travel 45 minutes to come to this office. But I was very disappointed . Customer Service is everything to me and I will be making a complaint . Be Aware they will not allow bad reviews on their site. i tried twice already. please read and do not go here!!!! I was very Disappointed with this Office. I felt like the whole time i was there they were trying to "upsell" to another procedure. I spend over an hour and a half there mostly waiting in the dentist chair only to be told they wouldn't clean my teach and wanted to do a deep clean and it would cost a few thousand. By the time i left, they had a quote in hand for almost 8,000 for work they wanted to do. I received the bill which was supposed to be covered 100% but turns out that they did a full xray which insurance won't cover and i was never told this, though i had provided insurance details before going. The bill i received is also for the full amount charged and not the amount allowed. be prepared to have issues if you go to this office.

I would never go to this location again service is terrible always waited an hour or more before being seen. One time an appointment was scheduled for my two daughters, we waited for about an 1 1/2 before they were seen, got to the back and they said why was appointment scheduled all of their work has been completed OMG! 1/2 day of school & work missed for nothing! Was overcharged by $135.00 fought back & forth for months, never received refund now they say i was only overcharged $1.50! Paid $600.00 for my son to get a crown with a warranty for 5yrs, 1yr and 2months later the crown is loose, called to schedule appointment to get fixed and they told me, verbally we told you that your son would have had to have 6 month check ups for cleaning with us or it will not be covered, I can't believe this, I would have never agreed to that, the insurance company only pays for check up once a year after a certain age..how can you say we tell our patients verbally about something that expensive

I would not recommend anyone go to this office. My teeth were worse after seeing them (3 appointments just to get a cleaning!). The office is not clean and I don't believe their practices are either.
