I went to Connie's to get an invisible zipper replaced in a dress. Connie promised it would be done in a week. Three weeks and four visits later, I was able to pick up my dress. On one visit it took her 5 minutes to find my dress. After all that I had to do to get my dress, Connie would not give me a discount on labor. The zipper stopped working the second time I wore the dress after receiving it from her.
