I had been thru the drive up a couple of times around 7:30 pm and ordered the crispy fish sandwich. Both times the sandwiches tasted like they had been sitting a while. Terrible!! Today I went around lunchtime, again the drive up. I explained that the other ones had been terrible, and could I please have a fresh one. I got home (3 miles) and ate it. This one is why people rave about them! It was absolutely delicious. I called the restaurant and let them know! She wanted me to complete the survey, but I told her I would try another one in the evening, and it was just as good, I would complete it then. As good as this one was, the 2 others offset it. So we shall see!
LOVE this Arby's!! The employees are always pleasant, never had a problem with my order, the food is always delicious and the dining area is always clean. Glad to know that not all fast food places have "let themselves go." Yeah, I'm thinking Arby's ;)
