Terrible wireless internet provider and very expensive. I pay $65.00 per month for 3mbps and run at anywhere form 0.5kbps-1.5mbps 90% of the time with only 1 laptop on the network and I cant even get my email to load. The tech that came out looked stoned out of his mind and asked what a bit plastic box in my kitchen was (it was my TV). About 2-5x a day i have to restart my wireless router and the antenna they put on my roof because my computer wont connect to it. I am sure they have many happy customers but i am not one of them. I would rate zero out of 5 stars if I could!

Over priced and lost focus on customer support. I had a computer built by The Computer Works just over a year ago. That computer has been back in their shop 5 times in the last 14 months. Everytime it was something they blamed on me or the power coming into my home. I was also charged each time my computer broke I was charged for repairs that should have been covered under the warranty that they do not stand behind. The computer cost me nearly $800.00 and the unwarranty repairs has cost me just over $1200.00. So now the $800.00 computer is now just over $2000.00 and I still have problems with it. I am reporting them to the BBB.
