I called to ask about balloons and the girl that answered the phone was very rude and hung up the phone while I was still talking just off talking to her I wouldn't shop here at all..!!

I see some of the other reviews say bad customer service, but I have always had a good experience at Party Metro! The owner and staff are always very professional and helpful, and the balloons that I have gotten there are very high quality! I'm proud to support this local business!! Thanks, Party Metro!!!

Will order online or travel to little rock from now on! The worst customer service from the girl, who made me late to the party, and had a Xtra charge for everything, and didn't properly tie my balloons (balloons that cost 10 and 25 bucks) that flew away walking into the party. And they closed in 10 minutes and my mother was on her way (5 mins away) to get another and they made her pay again and said if she didn't make it by 5 they would lock the door.

The return policy is very detailed and not discussed up front. The manager said that they are not required to mention it if it is posted to read. She then stated that if the customer didn't ask about it, they assumed it was not important to the customer! She was not present when I purchased and specifically asked about it! Then they gave me false reasons for certain return items while quoting the Department of Health! If this is the thanks you receive for supporting small business, no thanks! I will order online or travel to Little Rock now!
