Where the standards are extra...I wanted to give this company ZERO stars but the site wouldn't let me. I would never wish even my worst enemy to rent from this organization. When we moved into our rent house it was beyond filthy and we should've known to turn back then. Not only did we spend days cleaning up after the previous renters, we had 9 different repairmen out to our house within the first 5 months of living there (not in a timely manner mind you) because the previous renters and the company did not keep up the house. The sewer backed up into one of the rooms causing the inhabitants to move out and water to be turned off for an entire week. The floor was so rotted in one of the bathrooms from a leak that was easy to fix in an adjacent room that it had to be replaced. Month after month we had to plea to get things fixed.The company itself is underhanded. We were recently informed after 62 days of trying to get our deposit back from that year of hell that it would not be returned. Not one dime. The reason? No forwarding address within 24 hrs...was it cleaned top to bottom? Yes I did that myself to ensure we would be fully reimbursed. Had we been by the office more than 10 times over the last 60 days to inquire about the deposit? Yes. Only now do they hand us a letter and claim they had no forwarding address even though they clearly had one the whole time. Bottom line, these people are into loop holes and poor customer service. On a personal level it is disgusting that someone would use greed with which to run their company. Do not rent from this company...you will regret it.
