Does not repair property. Marks maintenance requests as completed without actually doing the work. This includes living with a broken air conditioner for over a month.

This is a very unprofessional company! From the beginning, to view their rental properties you have to go to their office and ask for a copy of their rental listings. The receptionist has a really rude and uncaring attitude. However, the relator RANDY that showed me the properties was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Once I found a property I liked we started the rental agreement process. The first week I moved in someone had come into my home twice without my knowledge or permission. I called and as my rental agreement said requested in writing to have my locks changed. I was emailed by Moses and told that it would be at my expense, which clearly isn't what my lease said. Within the next two weeks I started receiving calls from another agent telling me they needed to inspect the home, I complied. This time they left a key box with a key to my home in it outside in my front yard. Not only is this a breech of my lease but now I cannot use the water faucet (that's where they put the key box) but it also leaves my home accessible to anyone who can break it open! Ive asked to have this removed several times in the past three months and its still there. Every time I called the office while in the lease signing process they would speak to me, the minute I signed they now just take messages and never return them. In these last three months I have had about 7 inspections with maybe 24-48hrs notice at the max but it seems its always on the weekends when I am out of town and these inspections seem to be so extremely important where they can never be rescheduled. None of my work order are ever fixed and if they are then it takes an extreme amount of time for it to happen. I can not even use my upstairs shower because its been broken since ive moved in. The list just continues! Overall this realty should be blacklisted for all military personnel and I will forward this review to the proper organization to start that process. They are very rude and unprofessional. I am extremely displeased with this company and I pat a good amount per month which is always on time. Also, in Texas every apartment company is require to spray for pest of course this company doesn't and ive had to call an exterminator twice for roaches, this place has been a complete nightmare! Last, I spoke with the owner Kevin Clark this morning and prior to me even being able to get out all my concerns he cut me off with an aggressive attitude telling me they have the right to inspect my home when they need to and basically "oh well". When is enough enough?! Thankfully ill be going overseas soon so I wont have to deal with this company any longer. It is a bit disappointing because I did not want to move, I was going to keep my home for this year that im away so when I came back I wouldn't have to go house hunting again. Bottom line, do NOT rent from here, its the worse.
