Fantastic services. Higly recommend.

This company cleaned my house this past week and they were awesome. They did not miss a beat with the dusting which I am very skeptical about. Also they were done prior to the estimated time and gave me an option of leaving or doing a special project. I will use them from now on.

I was told by the Apple store that my hard drive was dead. Because I wasnt smart enough to have a back-up, he told me to go see a 3rd party company about data recovery or offered to replace my hard drive immediately. I opted to Google Search someone about data recovery and found these guys from Keystone Computer Advising. After their Diagnostic, it turned out, nothing was wrong with the hard drive itself and my data was unaffected by the repair that needed to be done. I was a little skeptical when I went to drop off my laptop, but you shouldn't be! Excellent customer service over the phone, email, and in person.They answered all my questions and were very efficient. I was able to pick my laptop up on a Sunday afternoon!!! These guys take it really serious. I ended up saving tons of money and grief. I couldn't be happier with my experience with these guys at Keystone Computer Repair and would recommend them to anyone who experiences any problems with their Mac or any other system.

So my wife bricked her laptop yesterday. I think she tried to plug the DVD power cord into the Computer jack or something like that. So anyway, it went dark & didn't respond to anything -- unplugging, removing & replacing the power cord, the 5-second hard reset on the power button -- nothing. I even gave it the secret "I'm a guy" hand signal when she wasn't looking, but still, no response! I saw this place on Yelp! and their Web Site and they looked promising. I stoped in and told the dudes what was up, and they took the laptop, removed the battery, grabbed a voltage meter & started touching leads on the power cord. Within about two minutes he had it booted, and explained that some capacitors on the motherboard probably just needed to be drained. Oh, and he wouldn't take any money from me. This Guys are Cool stuff!!!

This guys really rock, they where really knowledgeable and friendly. Super price too compare with other services that we have try before. Highly recommended.
