We just completed a computer access evaluation at ATECH for my son and were very impressed by the knowledge, creativity and professionalism of the staff we worked with. They were sharp, innovative and really know their stuff!!!

Very dissatisfied with Atech. After months of having to do legwork for NSM, (National Seating and Mobility) and when my sons chair "FINALLY" arrives, Atech now wants paperwork that National Seating and Mobility already has? Atech say's they have their own paperwork. While this is all understandable, why hasnt Atech been a part of the process from the beggining? They haven't. Atech may have got the ball rolling, but it stopped months ago. There should be a one person coordinator for the whole proccess. We have spent hours between organizations to complete and send back all requested paperwork and now that my sons chair is in, Atech says we can not get it until they (Atech) recieve a letter of medical needs. NSM already has that, so why cant NSM send Atech a copy instead of taking up a medical practitioners valuable time? Chair has already been approved by Medicare for payment, chair is in, GIVE US THE CHAIR. The only one suffering is the medical needs patient, my son.
