Courteous, professional service

This company hardly gets any business, and now I know why. The owner seems to be desperate for business. He feels you that you're laptop is not worth anything and offers you $50.00. Then he says he will take it as a trade in and offers $200.00. This man has a terrible attitude, and everything.that was said in the previous reviews were absolutely true. You will get ripped off if you take your computer here. His wife is very nice. I DON'T know how she puts up with him.

Staff is very arrogant, unknowledgeable, and have a “I know it all” attitude. A quick look at the quality of their web site, with all of the grammar and spelling errors, could be a hint at what quality they will put into your needs.
