Absolute worst law firm. 2 1/5 years to take a civil case to court. The strategy - let them come to us. That wasn't in their best interest so they never came to us. This lawyers took all of 10 minutes to prepare for my case and that was the morning of court. He put everything on the line based on some information I brought. He asked no questions and when we went into court he was blind. I had to go to the NC Bar 3 times over the past 2 1/2 years to get him to return a call. When he gave his final argument he stammered and kept repeating everything he had already said. No wonder I came out worse than when I went in. Oh and during the trial when a figure was mentioned he leaned to me and said if he were me he would take it and run. Apparently he had not heard a word I said for the past 2 years about what I could afford to pay. I think this was his way of getting back at me for using the bar. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
