Very happy with the service I received at Universal. My RV was close to totalled but when I got it back I could not tell where the damage was. Bill wads awesome to deal with and he kept me up to date on the repairs and even included a couple little extras that were not part of the insurance repair. Stuart the owner is also great to deal with and Rick and Ray in the shop are the best. I have definetely found my shop for my RV repair and Maintenance needs!!!
