Provided by YP.comThey repeatedly lose our mail and just don't deliver it at all.
We sent out several invitations, and no one ever received our invitations.
We had a tracking number for one of our deliveries coming to us, and we saw USPS delivered it to the wrong address.
We'll sometimes have to pick up our mail/deliveries in person because they didn't feel like delivering it.
We've made several complaints--but nothing has been resolved.

Provided by YPmobileWhen I went in to have the lock changed and key ordered for my apartment mailbox, the postal worker who completed my order was rude to me because I didn't realize the key wouldn't be immediately available. He said, "Don't you know it takes 7-10 days?!" I said, "No. No one told me until right now."
Then I had to call the location to figure out how to get the mail I have had forwarded in the meantime. The woman I spoke to basically toldme there's nothing the post office can do to help me locate my mail, that it's unusual for my apartment office to offer to receive my mail until the locks are changed, and that THE POST OFFICE is not responsible for mail that might be lost in transition. Even though that's their job.
