This was the worst spa experience I have ever had! I waited forever for the person who was doing my facial and eyebrows. We finally get started on my facial and I am trying to relax, then she leaves the room for like 20 minutes! I still tried to enjoy the rest of my facial. I had to remind her we were doing my eyebrows, and she actually seemed annoyed that she had to do them. I wish I had just left then. My eyebrows looked absolutely horrible. I wanted to cry. I still tried to be polite, but when I went up to pay I asked to see the manager. It seemed like no one wanted to help me at this point. When the manager finally came to talk to me she was completely unhelpful. She didn't seem to care at all. She just acted like I was the problem. I know these kind of businesses are ultimately about making money, but usually they atleast act like they care about customer service. I will most definitely not return to Luxaderm ever!
