As a psychologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I work to determine how mental health affects emotions, relationships, personal healthcare and everyday life. I love being able to play a positive role in people's transformations as they improve their mental well-bein provide compassionate and effective treatment to reduce stress, anxiety and depression for my patients, as well as facilitate their efforts to improve their health, happiness and quality of lif love working with the many brilliant, dedicated and caring professionals who are here Ohio Stat hen I'm not working, I spend my free time relaxing with my family and enjoying the outdoors. I also enjoy running and meditating, which I find both energizing and therapeutic. These activities help reduce the effects of stress in my own life!
