When you drop off your computer to a carry-in service, there's no telling how long it will be till you get it back In most cases, we complete the job onsite on our first visit, so there are no long waits. Since you are there, you can ask questions while we work. With carry-in service, you may forget a disk that the technicians need. With us, there are no unnecessary trips.
