Mission Statement Heritage Day Health Centers provide comprehensive day care services to physically and/or mentally impaired adults regardless of their ability to pay for services. It is the mission of the Heritage Day Health Centers to enable participants to continue living as independently as possible in the community while providing support and relief to their caregivers.
