Horrible, horrible, horrible. Visited Friday, February 26, 2010. They added onions to my burger when I specifically asked for no onions. Burger was cold. They asked me to bring burger back to get a replacement. I didn't want a replacement, I wanted my money back. They didn't want to give it back. It took 10 minutes for them to refund my money. Other customers complained about the poor service. Two front-line staff members were bickering. One yelled from the back that they "Ain't got no mustard." The managers sleeves looked like they had been chewed up by a dog. The door handle was broken on the front door. Never, ever again! This place epitomizes gross, terrible service. You've been warned! They don't even deserve 1 star!

I visited this location on January 9, 2008. I was treated very rude. I placed a order through the drive thru .. Both at the pay window and the pick up window they were very snotty. She didn't make the order right. She didn't want to make it right at the window. She told me to go back through the line again.I told her to forget it and she just mocked me and shut the window.I will never visit this restaurant again.
