I have a dear friend that needs oxygen to be delivered to her home in Clarkson MS. which is in Webster County. We have tried to call the Columbus office several times on Saturday, 4-26-2014 with no answer at the phone number that we were given to use. We got in touch with the Granada MS office and they said that they could bring Oxygen to the home on Sunday, 4-27-2014 but that didn't happen either cause they called and said, that they could not bring it due to the cut off line. It is for the Columbus office to handle. That won't work because we can't get the office assistances that answer the phone to take the order. What will happen due to the lack of assist for my daughter to not have Oxygen for travel to go to the doctor or hospital if needed and will be needed for Monday, 4-28-2014. What is a mother to do for a child if the company can't help and other department can't cross the line to help someone. I think the company needs to rethink the situations that happens in cases.
