      General Info
      Founded in 192, the Bartholomew County Youth Services Center provides treatment and supervision services. Located in Columbus, Ind., the center offers intake, intervention and educational services. It also provides individual protection services related to abuse and neglect. The Bartholomew County Youth Services Center administers a group-based intervention program that reduces recidivism and minimizes the negative impact of short-term placement. In addition, the center offers support and counseling services. The Bartholomew County Youth Services Center provides vocational rehabilitation and mental health care services. The center additionally offers substance abuse treatment and employment assistance services. It provides detention and monitoring services for individuals who are on probation and parole.
