      It was a Horrible Experience.

      I visited first to check my Ankle for Fracture. The service went Good until it was identified as not a Fracture.

      1. The Prescription committed was not sent to Pharmacy even after 2 days.

      2. I had to visit the second time since my problem was aggravated in 7 days.

      3. During second Visit, I requested for a Crutch and they provided a crutch of small size even after mentioning my height (Now it is causing me some back pain because of leaning more & walkng with crutches).

      4. The Physician assistants & the person at the reception were not polite enough & Seems to be like they are just money minded.



      I'm not really sure whether there is a place where we can complain ?
