15 yo son sched for rt canal as he was in pain and on narcotics. He is taken back and when they call me, his mother, some guy is telling him that halcion is great and he'll feel like he was only there for five minutes....on and on. My son has had injections before without problems and yes he had some anxiety about a root canal but once you are numb there is no pain and none afterward. This guy doesn't introduce himself or even acknowledge my presence and even though I protested and said we needed to get this done today ( firstly because he hasn't been sleeping at night for the pain and taking narcotics AND we are taking a long flight in 9 days) They reschedule us 4 days before the flight. So narcotics for another week. Another day of school missed and other things have to be rescheduled. This should have been discussed with the parent PRIOR to discussing and deciding on halcion and a different day with the teenager. No training. No professionalism. No respect. No manners. Clearly not concerned about the boy being in pain for over another week and on narcotics. AVOID these people.

The office staff was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was in and out in one hour and Dr.Keller was amazing. I would recomend him and his office to anyone! 2 thumbs up!

I was told to always see a specialist for a root canal. Great advice!I was comfortable and never in pain. Whole staff seemed caring and thoughtful. I was nervous about the procedure but everyone made it go very smoothly, it was really no big deal. Very professional, and cost me no more out of pocket than a regular dentist.
