We take pride in our in-house smoking process that starts with choice cuts of pork, beef and chicken. After applying our house blend dry rub, we use Georgia pecan wood to slow-smoke our meats for up to 8 hours for maximum flavor and tenderness. Our signature sauces come in 2 varieties - a Memphis style sweet tomato-based and a Carolina mustard blend. All of our sides are homemade from scratch every day.
