Hello firehouse fans I am Mrs.Hart. I went to the Firehouse on Macon Rd. on Saturday,when I walked in it was only one person today welcome to Firehouse and that was a young man name Charles. A lady name Emily was at the register as well they were pretty busy at that time but Emily looked at me and did not have the manners to even say it will be a minute before someone can help you. Then when I ordered my salad I went and took a seat at the bar stools and Charles was making something yet he took the time out to make me laugh while still working,so I asked him to make it because of Emily's ride attitude. Charles responded and say "It would be my pleasure" he made my salad and he smiled while doing it. I will be coming back to visit Firehouse only because of Charles and the great salad he fixed me. I would suggested that Emily works on the way she talks to her employees as well because it is very disrespectful and rude. I can not wait to attend firehouse again because of their (Charles) great customer service.
