WOW! Is really the best word for this business.
I had a total meltdown on my Toshiba. I'm talking fried. This is a major situation as I use the lappy for business while traveling and for communications with family during my tours.
So, it's a pretty important piece of the pie in my life and carrer. I was scared to death that it was going to cost me about $2,300.00 to fix..(what I paid for it new) or someone was going to tell me i needed a "flux-capasitor" followed by a snype program....
But NO! that didn't happen. I called a few others first, and got told alot of big words and codes...that I had no clue about, of course.
Then I got in touch with Jeff at terminal. He was very kind and didn't talk over my head. He explained his course of action to try and save it, and what may happen if it can't be saved. Finding that it was fried (kinda knew this) He contacted me, dicussed the options and left it totally up to me...no bullcrap saled pitch for something i couldn't afford n didn't need.
To top off the honest quality, he got it done in a very short period of time...allowing me to NOT miss my tour dates in Pittsburgh, and get back to business almost immediately.
The cherry on top? He came to my residence to pick it up, he valued my options to fit what i need, and the price was very very reasonable.
If you live in the columbiana county of Ohio and your system gets fixed by anyone other than Jeff...you're a fool!
Thank You soooo much for the human, down to earth assistance!
A new life long customer...

excellent prices, product and service. Easy to work with and knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends.
As a person who has always had second hand (hand me down) computers for most of his life, I finally had the opportunity to get a new computer.
This new computer I wanted had to be fast, latest technology in parts, able to do high end gaming, and also be able to handle multiple tasks ( download, burn, back-up hard drive). As any consumer I began my research at the mainstream establishments ( Best Buy, Radio Shack,Comp USA,..etc),could not find any computer that fit my full requirements.
I found computers online that met my requirements, however they were rather cost prohibitive ( north of $6K ), the decision was to build from scratch.
I came into contact Jeff (owner of terminal computers), and we discussed what I wanted ( quad processor, 2 (500GB) hard drives, Blu-ray burner, lightscibe burner DVD drive, 2 (1 GB) ATI graphics cards,4GB RAM, powerful power supply) bottom line, the computer I wanted was a top of the line machine, and he listened to what I was looking for and he even offered options to what he could do.
Within 3 days I had a quote, which was a third of what similar pre-assembled models cost, and within 10 business days my computer was completed. Jeff even came over to my house and installed my computer, he even sat down and explained any question I had. All I can say is wow!!!! the computer meet and exceeded my expectations. I finally had the machine I wanted, especially speed, the multitasking abilities, and the gaming was surreal.
I have had this computer for the last year and a half and have no significant issues, in fact when I have had some questions, I can call Jeff and he was available to answer my questions.
I will never buy a store computer again, I will always build, and will look to Jeff at Terminal computers to build my machine, and I suggest you do too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jeff can build anything you want from a simple web browsing computer to a high end gaming machine
