- Axle RepairWere should I start this is the third or fourth time it has been in for the sunroof leaking water.when I first got the car it had to go to body shop to take care of a bad air leak from the tailgate which then it had to be paint several weeks,then after a few weeks it had to go back in for axle repairs which toke several months to get parts in so I had to drive it with a vibration and wobble,mind you this is a new car after they fixed it my sunroof started leaking so back in it went they said they got it fixed got it back with a chip in the wind shield,then I had to make appointment to get the sunroof fixed that they said they fixed so back in it went second time,this time when I got it back the back window was all scratched on the outside again I was told it could never could have happened there and that for sure the sunroof was fixed in between this around twenty thousand miles the tires wore out a few weeks later had to get rotors and brakes,you would think when they put the tires on they would’ve seen the brakes were bad,now it has been in service since 12/5 and tonight it’s 1/2 for the sunroof again for leaking water, a few months ago I went to funeral and went to get my WET suit jacket out of the back of my car while waiting for the service department to get my car in to fix it.I,m a GM retired and over the years I have given this dealership Aton of business,I even got my salesman in the plant so he could get hourly and salary people to get cars from the dealership,now he doesn’t even return my phone calls unless he needs a friends discount or family discount,I know he can only do so much but this is just getting out of hand.I have been very loyal this dealership and GM but I’m really at my last....draw you asked how my experience was at YOUR dealership what do you think
