They messed up my fiancé’s family kilt and admitted that they steamed it too long but didn’t offer to fix it or refund the money!!!

Please do not use this cleaner. They are a fraud and should be arrested for the service that they are not giving. I took my comforter to have it cleaned but there is no way the comforter touched any water. Obvious stains that could be wiped off with a rag still remained on the comforter. My husband took it back and showed them the unwashed comforter and asked for a refund which they refuse to give back as well as telling him they watched the comforter get washed (liars) and said it is a stain that will not come out. Stay clear of Michael's Cleaner on Decker Blvd they are taking customers money and not honoring the service. My opinion is that they are professional crooks.

VERY DISAPPOINTING IN THEIR SERVICES. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY AUFULL ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE LADY THAT PRESS OUT THE CLOTHES. THE FRONT COUNTER WORKER WAS VERY DISRESPECT AND WAS NOT WILL TO FIND OUT WHAT THE ISSUES WAS. I ASK TO SPECK TO THE MANGER AND THEY TOLD ME HE WAS NOT THERE AND WILL NOT BE BACK AND WHAT EVER THEY SAID WAS NOT GOING TO CHANG. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I SPENT OVER $100.00 KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT LET MICHAELS CLEANERS ON DECKER CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES :(

Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took a simple blouse to be cleaned for an out of town trip. When went to pick it up the day before I left, they told me it was not ready because their was a stain on it. The next time I came back to pick it up it had a ring where they placed the solution which was not even on the stain and not to mention the stain was still there. The third time I came to pick it up I can still see the ring and the stain. Also, you can tell that my shirt started to pull and unravel. The attendant had the nerve to say "if they clean it again the it would change color." I went back today and spoke with the owner who tried to say that the shirt was already unraveled per a tag that was placed on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Superfast service. I needed one of my suits cleaned urgently as I had to leave for NYC next day. Michael's Cleaners got my suit cleaned and delivered the same day for a small extra fee. I am super happy with the prompt service. Highly recommended.

Needed something cleaned in an hour and it was on time.
