I have made tremendous progress with Dr. Boland's help during the past several months. He is compassionate, encouraging, an active listener and provides honest and objective feedback. His goal was to help me to develop the skills I needed to overcome the depression & anxiety without long-term therapy and medication. Dr. Boland has an approach and style all his own and hes a highly skilled teacher. As I learned and practiced the skills he taught, the depression and anxiety disappeared.
