They absolutely SUCKED! Very rude and unprofessional will tell you it takes an hour but takes 6, will then mess your tint up and send you home with it to realize they cut it to short and use dry erase marker to patch it up got it done a second time and it's even worse then the first. Trash particils all in the tint. You will pay to get it reduced the owner is a waste of space and lies !!!! The warranty is no good and what they tell you they will cover they will not! Worst place I've ever been in my whole life Ghetto and Rachett

Go elsewhere! I took my truck there and 3 days later the tint started to peel off of the windows.i didnt roll my windows down for 3 days because i had my truck parked until it was time to go back on the road.



I called to inform them of that and to let them know that i was coming to get ut re-done and they told me that they only do rework on certain days! I informed them that i was a over the road driver and im not home during the week and that i stay out 2-3 weeks at a time! And they still denied my re-work! Thats total b.s. where is the customer service.Take your business elsewhere.

Wasted my time and money. The shop is nasty and smells like mold. I waited 4 days before using my windows and the front on one side stuck to the tint and pealed a corner off. There are still bubbles in the tint with lint and dirt of some kind in between the glass and tint. BEWARE of this place at all costs.

This place needs to stop operating their sleazy business. All bad reviews you read are true because I just experienced it. I should of read these reviews before taking my car. Please don't waste your time funding these criminals.

I am new to the columbia area and i have a basic ride around vehicle. So I wanted to get the windows tinted. So I looked up local tint shops in the area. I read the reviews. So I took last Monday and rode around to check the shops out personally. My last stop was on Decker Blvd. I went into Capitol Auto Tint. The young lady behind the counter was nice and very helpful. I told her that the vehicle I was driving was my ride around vehicle. But I wanted a good tint job. She told me the Prices of the film and different shades. I chosed the 20% tint. The price was reasonalbe. Not to cheap and not to high. About mid-range the average price I was quoted from other comapnies in the area. It took them about 2 hrs to complete the work. I informed them that I wasnt in a rush so take their time. So after the work was completed I was pleased with the work. It was good quality work. And I am well traveled Older gentelmen and have lived in alot of states. And I have had a good number of cars done. I was pleased with the service. I was so pleased that I plan on going to take one of my other cars to them that I was going to take to Atlanta to get tinted. But since the work and customer service was great from them. I would safe that drive to Atlanta and go back to Capitol. Overall my experience was Great. I would refer this shop to anyone who asked me where my car was done at.

DON'T GO! I took my brand new car to them and they damaged my car! I contacted the owner on numerous occasions to rectify the problem and he refuses to return any of my calls! Forget the money you think you going to save using them! Pay the extra money and go to a more customer service friendly business that won’t damage your car.

I took my BRAND NEW car to them to get my windows tinted. I had to bring the car back to them twice. After waiting the required period to roll down the windows they would not go up. Secondly, they damaged my vehicle. They tore a slit into the back seat of my brand new car. I have contacted the owner numerous and he is avoiding my calls! When I ask when he is expected in, none of the employees can tell me! Whatever you think you can save going there, don't! Pay the extra dollars and go to someone else.

This place is great. Excellent customer service. Rates were much better than other places in town. My car looks great. Called for information - same day service. No complaints. Life time guarantee on the tint. Will be taking my sons car here too.
