I really don't look forward to going to bodyshops because of the bad experiences I have had at other places in Columbia. However, I am so glad to have worked with Collision Center of Columbia recently! They answered all of my questions about insurance and renting a car. Also, they kept me in the loop with what was going on through the whole process. It was such a relief to work with people that were knowledgeable and really cared about their work. So glad I have found a bodyshop in Columbia I can trust!

I recently had my car run over by an SUV while it was sitting in a parking lot. I contacted the Collision Center of Columbia and they picked up my car and returned it a few days later looking better than when it was totaled! The best part was that I didn't have to worry about all of the details in between.

Simply remarkable service. I do not live or work in Columbia, so convenience was a concern. They provided a vehicle for me to drive and allowed me to drop off and pick up my car on a schedule that worked for me to travel there. They took care of all the insurance issues and had my car looking like new with absolutely NO hassle!

I would like to tell all my friends and acquaintances about the best vehicle repair shop in all of Columbia and surrounding areas. Not only are they referred by State Farm Insurance Companies but my sister was also referred by the Progressive Insurance Company as well. They are the most honest, trustworthy, hard-working people I know. However, they will not "sugar coat" your vehicle needs just in order to obtain your business. They will be up front with you about what is required to get your vehicle repaired. I give them a 5 star rating!!

No one hates the hassle of car repairs more than me! But after a fender bender during our latest snow storm, my State Farm agent recommended Collision Center of Columbia. My cousin had used them, too, and his car looks like new. My car needed repairs to the side and front, and now you can't even tell I was in an accident.. And they kept me updated during the repairs. You should at least stop by and ask them for their opinion before you choose a place. They took away the stress of having my car worked on. I'm relieved my ins agent sent me here and the whole thing is over.

I have been doing business with the Collision Center of Columbia since they first opened in the spring of 2007. I have had my personal vehicles repaired by them and referred them to family and friends with great success. They are very thorough and really care about the outcome of their services. They kept me informed on the progress of the repairs to the vehicles and have made arrangements for a rental vehicle if so needed. I will continue to use and recommend their services in the future.

I was rear-ended with minor damage. Took my car here because Progressive suggested it. After a week in the shop, my car is probably of lesser value now than it was when I took it there (with the damage). The new bumper does not line up (probably not a GM certified part) and there are gaps where the bumper meets the body of the car. The rear lights also do not line up and the actually stick out from the bumper. This is careless, lazy work and from other reviews I've read on other sites, apparently this is common. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
