      Vantage House is a nonprofit retirement community that caters to senior adults. Its on-site services include parking, emergency response system, local transportation, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and social, cultural and recreational activities. The retirement community offers various health care services, including audiology, podiatry and dental, and speech, physical and occupational therapies. Vantage House has more than 220 independent living apartments for seniors. Its amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, garbage disposal, cable television, fire prevention and sprinkler system, and electric range and oven. Its list of clubs include book, bridge, garden and yoga. Additionally, it provides art history, music and bingo classes. Vantage House is owned and operated by the Life Care Services and is located in Columbia, Md.
