I just had my daughter's 4th bday party there today. First of all, the kids had a BLAST. That made it worth it. The staff members were polite, patient, and helpful. That being said, I have 2 complaints. 1) I really think there should be a full 2 hours for a party. There simply wasn't enough time to eat pizza and cake, plus do presents (even doing cake and presents at the same time). Open your presents at home. 2) When you order food, keep in mind that the packages are "2 slices of pizza per child" -- a "slice" is one HALF of a MEDIUM Domino's pizza. A bunch of 3 and 4 year olds tore through 2 "pieces" in no time. I thought I had ordered enough food for the parents as well (a few extra pizzas), told the parents so, and ended up pretty embarrassed. If you are hosting older children, be prepared to order more pizza than it seems like you would need.

This place charges alot of money for rushing us out of a room when its there job to time thing properly. People never got to finish their pizza after we paid an up charged amont for dominos when i could have ordered it myself for a cheaper price. The slices were cut twice to make it look like more pizza. Never had time to finish cake had to sing song like crazy fast, and my child never got to open up her presents. She said she never wants to party here again. Think twice about the party package 300 plus dollars to be rushed is not worth it. Then you can't go back to play when party is over. Not worth it

I choose to come to jumpzone again because they were soo accomodating. That was not what they were this year. The party is an 1 and 45 min. which you would think that would be time to enjoy your party. you played for the first hour then escorted to the pary room for pizza which they ask you to pay this large amount even thought dominos has specials for a cheaper pizzas. when you purchase the pizza they give you a large and each slice is cut an additional size smaller to make it look like you are getting more. We finish pizza have cake and never have time to open up presents my child was very upset as well as the parents trust me all 16 parents who arrived have made to choice to not waist their money at this place. You are rushed out of the party room for another party.
