      Both of my sons have attended Harriday's Karate & Fitness in Columbia. It is an excellent program! Both of them love it. They are in great shape, well disciplined, and now both preparing for their black belts. I would definitely recommend this program to other parents.

      Charles Harriday is founder and Head Instructor at Harriday's Karate and Fitness in Columbia MD. Beginning his study of Martial Art at a early age Sensei Harriday has been training and teaching for more than twenty-five years.He is a third degree black belt who possesses degrees in Tae Kwon do, and Shorin-ryu Karate. He incorporates motivational techniques into his teaching style. His style of teaching provides for the strengthening of both the body and the mind.
