Very disappointed. Waited for 50 minutes to see someone and finally gave up. They spend maybe 5 minutes per person. At least that is what they did while I sat in the waiting area watching people come and go. You would think that their scheduling might include taking the quality time required for each person. I guess when you are just in it for the money it doesn't really matter. They obviously didn't care about me sitting there for almost an hour.

In regards to MASSAGE at Thrive....

I purchased a discounted massage from a coupon site and was incredibly disappointed with the massage service at Thrive Chiropractic. What was supposed to be an hour massage was, in actuality, only 35 minutes. The massage therapist took a full 15 minutes to apply a heat pack to my back (7 minutes of heat, 8 minutes to retrieve the pack and then take it back). I watched the clock. I was not estimating. When I asked the therapist how the time would be affected, she advised that it was only 3 minutes of heat and that it would count against the massage time. She also talked quite a bit, which was fine, except that she would stop rubbing while she talked. She ended early, and I have to say I left feeling exactly as I did before the massage. Even at a highly discounted rate, this massage was a total waste of money and time.

Dr. Molly quickly discovered the cause of my plain and worked hard to alleviate it. After just 2 weeks, I had so much relief from the pain I had experienced for 6 months! I appreciate the professionalism of the office, and the care taken to work with each individual's situation.

Thrive Chiropractic is awesome. Not just a place to get adjusted, but it is a place to take charge of your entire self. The service and support my family has received as patient is PRICELESS.
