I've worked in Customer Service my whole career and know quality service when I see it and your team member Eddie is a perfect example of what I'd consider "outstanding". He always has a smile and the most pleasant and engaging demeanor each time I've had the pleasure of working with him, truly demonstrating a sincere desire to "meet my needs". Whether my question is about banking, auto pay or any one of my loans, he makes sure he takes care of it or gets me to the right person who can. Unfortunately for him, he's become my automatic "go to guy" with his number being stored in my Top 5 :) He's a keeper. Thank you
