A very professional and pleasant nail salon to be at. The staff is very friendly and do a great job at helping you relax and enjoy your visit here. The flowers and designs created by the women are also very intricate, and I love it. I will definitely come back to this shop for all my aesthetic needs.

The staff is very friendly yet very busy, the first time i came here my nails were gorgeous but they kept ripping my real nail when taking off my old acrylics and cutting my cuticles with the motorized file. This time i went back to get a fill. My nails are uneven, the white gel is smearedthroughout the gel and the fill job doesnt even cover my whole nail in places. I would not go back

I got mani/pedis with my mom for Christmas. Our pedicures felt and look amazing! Once we got our acrylic manicures, we both ended up with bubbles, inconsistent shininess, and even though we were offered FREE nail art, we still got charged for it. The only pleasant thing was the pedicures and if we return, it will be only for pedicures.

I dropped by Kayla Nails while on a business trip to Colorado Springs. I had broken a nail at the airport and, since I had a shellac manicure, it was starting to peel. I needed the one nail fixed before it got worse. I walked in, she took me immediately, make the nail look perfect again and then said 'No charge'.

The place was pleasant, clean, friendly. I may make an appointment for a full mani/pedi when I get back to Co Spgs again! Thank you!

Awesome place! Professional nail techs that are very skilled and willing to make their customers pleased. Quality looking nails that last for quite awhile.
