My family moved here a year ago and have regretted it daily since then. Aside from the police's constant lights outside our windows do to domestic violence (the stabbing of my husband!!!), drugs, and everything else we also have them around do to crime in the surrounding area. I have been stalked and harrassed and the front desk wouldn't do anything about it even though it was a fellow resident across the hall. We ourselves had to call the police due to a home invasion, my car getting broken into, fighting we saw in the parking lot, gun shots, and again, my husband being stabbed when he refused to give someone a cigarette on his way to take out the trash. All of tht and the neglect from housekeeping in common areas, tweekers cooking meth you can smell from the hallway, and being outrageously charged to use to community washer and dryers is just part of it. On top of paying COS utility comp for utilities you will also owe about 83 to 100 dollars in utilities during rent as well... Which you will never know about until the day of rent being due. After all this you will be paying about 733-800 dollars or more on the first of every month. Move into a place worth it where you don't have to worry about being shot!!!
