      Dr. D’Addario received her dental degree from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. During this time she was chosen to represent her school at the National Leadership Convention and was awarded the International College of Dentists Leadership Award. She was accepted immediately into the pediatric specialty residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
