Not impressed. Found this company to be unprofessional, slow to respond to my requests, and unable to meet our insurance needs.

I would not do business with these guys. I experienced them to make claims that they would reduce our insurance rates, yet upon getting their bids, they were not competitive with their rates. Additionally, they seemed very poorly prepared as they were constantly calling me for additional information that they should have already had.

We are a local start-up company and CoWest was wonderful at handing our voluminous questions. They are knowledgeable and professional and we were able to start our policy immediately. We appreciate their excellent customer service and hope to continue our great relationship for years to come.
