Save yourself the headache!

I went in on June 19 and selected a very cute cut from their style book. I showed it to the stylist and she said no problem. At one point while she was cutting my hair she dropped the shears on the floor, picked them up and kept right on cutting my hair.



This is the cost cutter locations on Cheyenne Meadows Road, the stylist is Diyawana, who is still employed by the store despite the fact the store manager told me she has had multiple complaints about her.



By the time it was done, she had cut my hair so short, it was a very short man's haircut. One of the other stylists stepped in and straightened what she could as there were many patches of uneven hair. Needless to say I was very angry and had it out with them.



I filed a claim with their corporate headquarters the very next day, and have called them four times since the claim was filed. I am always told somebody will get back to me but they obviously have no intention of ever calling me.
