Beware grandparents/caregivers if you are caring for someone while soldier is deployed and the soldier writes a check to you for expenses Chase charges a stiff fee of $6.00 per check. You must be on the account or have a account with Chase. I do not know what make a difference if the soldier cash a check or you!!!!! The money is the soldier's either way. It is a shame that I had to find an alterative way to get cash to take care of my grandson while both parents are deployed. Do the math $6.00 per week for 52 weeks equals $312 in fees. That is allot of diapers and milk for my grandson. I will advise my son and daughter-in-law to change bank along with other soldiers.
