I went there for the first time after a high school graduation ceremony and thought it was outstanding. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. Perfection. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and the cream sauce was delicious and unique. My husband had the NY strip and also said it was outstanding. We both loved the garlic mashed potatoes as well. Both entree presentations were beautiful. I was surprised how great the food was. And, we had a party of about 12 and our server was efficient, attentive and did not make one mistake with the orders. I live in Denver, but would drive back for that filet mignon!
The service is right on que however their pasta was not up to par for the price you are paying. We found that the pasta was commercially purchased (I did ask). My entree (Chicken Cannelloni) had a fair cream sauce but again the pasta diminished the experience. My partner had the Capellini Di Mare, and found this was a delicious surprise; a nice blend of shrimp, scallops, calamari in a tomato base sauce. If you want a robust bouquet of Italian spicing, stay with the mom and pop kitchens found in the superpages.com guide to Italian restaurants, and read those reviews - Ciao!
Great food, great wine selection, great service. Highly recommended. The service was fantastic, very friendly and helpfull staff
This is a great restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere and comfortable. They have a great menu selection, the soups (which I usually don't order) are all outstanding, and the salads are also good. Their best items though are the pasta!! All are fantastic!! The Chilean sea bass is also good, their desserts are great and service outstanding. The best thing I swear is the bread, there are two kinds with the dipping oil and they are both great. Service is alway good, this is a great ""date night"" restaurant or good also for a group or families-everyone will like it! They also offer printed information on their wines as well as offering tastes if you're not sure-they are helpful but not snobby about the wine and have a good selection. I believe you get what you pay for.Great fun romantic place!
A group of 6 of us from Denver and Atlanta met at this spot for dinner. The decor alone was very appealing. We all ordered drinks from the bar while we waited that 45 minutes on a Friday night for our table. The service at the bar was great and we thought the drinks were priced very well. We ordered the appetizer trio that had calamari, bruchetta and stuffed mushrooms. All were amazing. The dinner entrees were incredible. Oh, and the bread that they bring to the table. Ahhhhh! This will be a favorite dinner spot for all of us!
Bread is great! Salads are large enough to share. Seafood pasta dish was not that good. However, the lasagne is much better.
Loved this place. The food was exceptional and the service was impeccible. Had a very varied menu with something for everyone. Definitely on the pricey side, but well worth it. We went early (5ish) and had no problem getting in, but I'm sure that it gets very busy later in the evening.
