We were more than pleased with the service Jack with ARA Technologies gave us. Our Panasonic 2003 Flat screen TV had died. He came out and replaced a fuse and it is working like new. He gave us an estimate over the phone for the repair, and charged less than his estimate. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is definitely the one to call if repair is needed on your TV. Great service! Jack is above the rest when it comes to customer satisfaction and quality work. An estimate cost was given over the phone. The problem was correctly diagnosed and rectified.
