At Always and Forever Weddings, wedding planning is what we do - and we love what we do! Our priority is to make your wedding the day of your dreams - while not breaking your bank account. We have AFFORDABLE wedding planning packages from our "Posh" package where we do the footwork of planning and orchestrating your wedding with reputable vendors that we work with and know to be trusted, to our "I Do" package where you've done the planning and we simply step in to direct your rehearsal and wedding day so you can relax and enjoy the events with your family and guests. We have helped plan and orchestrate all types of weddings from small and intimate to large and eloquent that were held in private yards, local parks, barns, and at The Mining Exchange, Phantom Canyon, Air Force Academy, The Lodge at Cathedral Pines, and The Broadmoor (just to name a few). We love all weddings! Venue/Vendor recommendation, consultations, and price negotiations where we recommend reputable vendors, set up meetings and walk-throughs with them and help you negotiated your contract price; Budget preparation so that we can ensure you have a beautiful wedding on your budget; Liaison between you and your vendors so you aren't the one emailing and calling trying to set up meeting dates and times; Detailed timeline of wedding day so that your vendors, bridal party, and family knows where they need to be and when; Orchestration of rehearsal and wedding/reception so you can relax and enjoy the day while we are behind the scenes taking care of last-minute details and issues that may arise (and, inevitably, a few always do); Ceremony and reception décor setup so you can focus on getting ready and pictures; Personal availability at both the ceremony and reception to ensure the timeline of the day (ceremony, reception grand entrance, toasts, special dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, sendoff); room décor dis-assembly back to your contract condition.
