Terrible! Out of every company I had the opportunity to talk to this was by far the worst. I was treated with absolute disrespect and their vehicles were disgusting inside and out. I am skeptical that this company should actually have a 5 star rating. As you can see all the previous comments were written around the same time period. It is as if this company forged their ratings to look better on Yellow pages.

We have used A Ride in Luxury a number of times since coming to Colo Springs. Each tim we have been inpressed and pleased with their promptness, courtesy and effectiveness. It is a pleasure to deal with them. I do not see us using any other service but them in the future.

I have been using A Ride In Luxury for many years now. The drivers are always on time, courteous and carry my bags. I highly recommend A Ride In Luxury if you need to be at your destination on time and in comfort. They are absolutely, Best In Class!

A Ride in Luxury is the first number I call for car service! Everyone I work with is helpful and reassuring about the service we arrange. I have never been disappointed. We often host guests from out of state and your drivers are cognizant of time constraints and scenic routes to make the most of our client's time in the car. I sincerely appreciate being able to call and arrange a pick-up last minute or weeks in advance. The staff I speak with as well as the drivers always present themselves with a professional and helpful demeanor and offer creative solutions when we have unique requests. Confirming the service the day before assures me A Ride in Luxury has the car service portion under control and I am free to carry out the other other tasks associated with visiting guests.
