I took my car to the Collierville Import for a service because the cooling hose was leaking. The store manager recommended me to replace the thermostat in the same time and I agreed. They charged me $320 for replacing cooling hoses and a thermostat. I knew they over-charged me but I did not have the time to go to another shop, so I just let them do it. After their service, the car engine started over-heating. I took the car back to them the second time and asked them what was going on. They kept my car for a day and half and told me they still did not know what caused the problem. They suggested to me that it could be the compressor or sensor malfunction and they said they would need more time to work on it. At this point I did not trust them any more. I took the car to dealer service center. The dealer service center quickly identified that the thermostat was bad and the coolant was a wrong type. Once they flushed the coolant and replaced a thermostat, the car ran normal again.
