Now that the I have removed My son from this daycare I will post this information. My son was restrained in a chair on 11/28 for 15 mins because him and another kid were playing and the teacher wanted them to clean up. I called his daycare and complained about it and asked that it be corrected and never to happen again. Then on Monday I got an email from the director saying my child had behavioral issues and needed one on one care I have never been told before Monday that he had a behavioral problem and that they were thinking about removing him from the Daycare. Since they told me all this stuff about my son I asked to see the concerns on camera. (Still have not been shown btw). I said I can’t help correct any issues if I don’t know about the issues. So they were going to give me a behavioral report on him everyday. I said that is fine but would like to see it on camera as well. I will provide anyone with what was on these reports. Mind you everything they wrote is normal toddler behavior! Received another email about him on Wed that they could not continue his care because he has learned how to open the door to the playground. Informed me he opened the door and went outside 4 times. Well what they didn’t know is I was watching the camera that day and it happened once. I then stated I would like to see the other times. Instead of saying ok I was asked why do I want to see the camera do I not trust or believe them. I said no I don’t. So today dropped him off for his last day. Got another email from them. Still have not been shown anything showing me he is a danger as she put it. I was asked to sign his behavioral reports and I said I would not until I read them and see the film on it if I have questions. As I watched today they they restrained my child n a chair most of the time he was there. Then I saw kids jumping on his back while the teachers where watching and not saying anything till he started crying.

This place is a joke! The owner is a lair and a thief! They treated my son horrible! Restrained him in a chair all day. Then when called so they could fix the issues I was told my son is dangerous. Was told I would get my deposit back so when asked about deposit she told me no I'm not getting it back because we left with no notice. I have emails and photos and videos! Please contact me if you want the honest truth! Also the owner will say I'm lying look at the positive reviews that is all a scam as well! We would get emails every day telling us to post something positive and we would get 300 off the next months tuition. Please stay far away from this place!

I have worked here for almost a year now and even my son used to go here. I can say as a teacher, the staff really makes you feel like family and are so welcoming to new faces. I’ve been working on getting my CDA thanks to them! They really care about the kids, my son still talks about his teacher and his time spent here. Such a great atmosphere!

I have been working at Peas in a Pod for close to a year and a half. I began working at peas in a pod as a substitute while at school at Texas A&M. Peas in a pod was so great by working with my school schedule so I was able to work and still able to complete school assignments. After graduation I continued employment with Peas in a Pod as a supervisor! I love the Christian atmosphere, love each teacher shared for teaching children, and the family we have become!

We are so grateful to Peas in a Pod for their excellent care of our daughter. Our daughter receives care from teachers that truly love her. She learns and grows every day through consistent schedules, structured play time, art, reading, music and dance, circle time, and out door play. She also is taught of the love of Christ. I really love the daily photo and video updates I am provided through the HiMama app; they make me feel connected to my daughter while at work. I love how Peas in a Pod feels like family, everyone their knows my daughter by name. We are so grateful to have found Peas in a Pod!

My husband and I love Peas in a Pod! We are grandparents and the webcam is a huge hit with us! We really enjoy being able to watch our grandson play and interact with the other kids as well as the teachers. Speaking of the teachers, they are great! The love, attention, and instruction they give to the kids is great! Even their discipline is designed to correct the behavior while respecting the child. Our grandson is obviously happy and when I babysit, he always seems to have a new song or something to share that he’s learned there. He can even name the planets in our solar system! We also love that Peas in a Pod is Christian-based so it reinforces what we are also teaching him. The kids appear to have a well-balanced daily schedule that includes crafts, stories, activities, snacks, lunch, and a nap. They have alot of options when it comes to play inside or on the playground. We highly recommend Peas in a Pod to anyone looking for a quality, God-centered daycare.

We could not be more pleased with the care our child has received at Peas in a Pod Learning Center. He has developed rapidly since starting and continues to grow daily. We know this due to the encouraging staff at Peas in a Pod. It warms my heart to not leave my child crying at daycare when I drop him off. He thoroughly enjoys going and loves seeing his teachers and friends everyday!

I have been working at Peas in a Pod for almost a year now. I can honestly tell you this has been the most satisfying job I have ever had, from watching the kids in my two classes grow to seeing how much of an impact I have on their lives. Working here makes me feel like I have found what God put me here on this earth to do. I am truly blessed with amazing coworkers who care about each other and are willing to help you at the drop of a hat and the office staff and the owner/director are just as caring and prepared to help you in every way they can. At my previous jobs the managers would always get upset with me for wanting to learn or do more than my given tasks but here at Peas in a Pod they are ready to teach and help you go further, from new tasks at the school to helping you get your CDA. I am so happy that God guided me to this amazing establishment and I can't wait to see what else he had in-store for me here at Peas in a Pod. -Tesa Pickerill (Infant/T2)

The best child care in the area. From activities to education they start kids in the right direction even at a young age.

We moved to college station from the Princeton, NJ area and we were worried about finding a daycare we felt comfortable with. We are very happy with Peas in a Pod. We truly enjoy all of the teachers and the Christian environment that is there. Every morning when we bring him into daycare he is ready to go with a smile and cant wait to play with his friends which makes it that much more enjoyable to drop him off at this daycare.

We've been attending here for 4 months and our little guy loves it. He gets excited when we arrive and is always boosting about what songs he's learned and what helper he is for the week. I love that I get a daily recap from his day with pictures and videos even being away from him all day I still feel connected. No complaints here.

Peas in a pod is a joke! Anyone can get a job there, even if you have never had experience with children. They say the teachers have all this "training" the only training they get is their cda and once a month meetings that are pointless. I worked there for 5 months and it was the worst experience ever. There has been cockroaches, and mold and when the office was notified they did not do anything about it. Stephanie believes she knows what is best for your child and decides to tell you what medical issues your child has (even though you take them to the doctors.) The only reason this school has good reviews is because the bribes the parents and staff with money. There are teachers their who do not change diapers like they are suppose to and the office never does anything. So many kids have been hurt while i have been there and kids have been left outside in the heat before. You and your children are better off looking at other daycares! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Stay clear of this "christan daycare"

As my son started his transition to preschool 1 classroom. I had a flashback of the tour i took when i was considering Peas in A Pod. Every classroom we went in i pictured him at that stage learning and playing with friends. By the time i got outside i was in tears because i knew he had to come here. That we would do whatever it took to have him attend there. And now as he is transitioning into preschool 1 i can't help but be proud and sad at the same time. My little bugaboo is getting bigger. I'm so excited for the new adventures that we will take in this new classroom.

I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down by the state. So many accidents happen here, kids are always sick, and the owner literally hires anyone from Craigslist that is interested. I regret taking my child here and steer anyone away from this place any chance I get. This place needs to be shutdown...complete fraud! Every 5 star review comes from the owner bribing parents with money to do that so don't believe anything you read.

Peas in a Pod BCS, is a wonderful daycare. Our little 2 year old loves to go to her class, and is excited each morning when we arrive. The teachers there are very caring and focused on the development of the children.
We just moved here from out of state and had a lot or worries. This school has comforted us and made our transition to the College Station area all the better.
Also they are a Christian focused school and ever since starting our daughter, insists nightly to say prayers before eating and going to bed. This decision is the best we could have made for our child, and will be for yours also.

teachers work with kids on prewriting skills as well as dance, music, science, art and some math. Often times my little ones are heard reciting Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See at home on the playground or in the car. They are excited to see their teachers when they are dropped off in the morning and I appreciate that they are a Christian learning center at have bible lessons included everyday. If you are worried about where you can trust to leave your kids I have faith in the faculty at peas in a pod.

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. The teachers are great but unfortunately the director Stephanie is extremely difficult to deal with. She refuses to listen to parents and truly believes she knows what is best for your child, not you. She once informed me that I needed to ask her before giving my child Tylenol when she was teething! She is unwilling to work with you and de ands everything be done exactly how she wants. She made us bring my son a sippy cup of water every day even though he was still strictly on bottles. Not even a bottle of water was ok, had to be a sippy cup. There are far better places to bring your child!!!!!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this center. The teachers were decent but my review stems from our interaction with the center manager Stefanie. She left a lot to be desired with poor communication, which as parents is very important to us. As we have learned there are plenty of better places to go in town where management will listen and accommodate.

You've got to go! The staff is amazing! They have gone above and beyond for my child, you can tell they really care about him! I read the other reviews and I have never had a problem with accident reports. I always recieve them that day or the next at the latest (normally it's just me missing it lol!) It is Christian based, they do Bible and my son has learned many different prayers! PLUS, I love the video cameras! I can check in at him all times of the day and I recieve a daily sheet every day as well. I am kept well informed of what is going on during the day! I love this place and after being at other places I would not dream of taking him anywhere else!
