      Wyoming River Trips was founded in 1978 by Rick and Ron Blanchard. Since its inception, Wyoming River Trips is the only continually owned and operated rafting company in the Cody area, providing a wide range of professionally outfitted and guided whitewater adventures. Now in its second generation of ownership, WRT looks to build on it's foundation of family-focused river trips, with a renewed attention to quality, consistency, and professionalism. In its 43 year history, WRT has cultivated a family culture within the business itself. Employing personable, hard-working, capable staff who hold industry-standard certifications in Swiftwater Rescue and Wilderness First-Aid has not been an accident -- instead, it has been an intentional decision from day one. WRT is committed to providing more than a fun trip down the river. Our company is committed to our clients, staff, and community in a way that is second to none.
