Called Lindstrom because I had what appeared to be a shower pan leak. Specifically asked, over the phone and when their representative came out, that they verify the cause of the leak. They didn't. Just wrote up it was a shower pan, even when I asked them to check diverter and supply lines. Leak was NOT shower pan, but now they won't correct their mistake and my insurance company won't pay for the shower pan since Lindstrom said it was the cause of lost. Cost to me in lost insurance coverage = $700. I now have to pay for another plumbing company to come out and write this up correctly.

The service person we dealt with was "Joe Cousino" who I shall be asking for when next needed. We were so pleased with his expertise in doing what he needed to do and with such a pleasant attitude. Pleasure to have him back in our home.

BEWEAR!!!!!!!!! They installed brand new AC top of the line they forgot to properly install flow switch to shut off unit if line backs up. The Ac leaked all over kitchen from 2nd floor Joe general manger doesn't return calls and Bud service manager doesn't return calls. Do not let this company fool you they are terrible and they don't back up there service and they want to blame the consumer.

Had clogged toilet /main line. Service was exemplary.. Tech Mike G. was GREAT!! found the blockage and fixed it.. Professional , fast, on time, fair, honest price.

Would recommend to ANYONE!

They were at my home for 3 visits to correct an AC problem, changed a part, and devised a plan. Their construction manager won't return my calls (3) which makes no sense. They won't even tell me what the problem is. 100% customer service pledge, I don't think so. Why would you want to do business with a company like this??? Don't waste your time

I had lindstrom come out to do a AC check up for $69.95. The tech told me my capacitor was going bad, and told me it needed to be replaced. Unfortunetly for me, I had not read the other ripoff report about the price gouging. He charged $225 to replace it. It wasn't till afterwards that I found out that the part is only about $20.00. I could see a $225.00 bill if he had come out on a service call to fix the ac. But he already had the unit open for the check up and it took ten minutes to fix.



Even if he charged $75.00 for an hour's labor, and $45.00 for a 80 - 100% markup, that would come to $120.00. I could understand that, but not $225.00. It appears this is common practice for this company. I guess they have to pay for those numerous tv adds somehow. But if they keep gouging people like this, and people report it, these adds won't do them much good. Good points: They showed up on time, and did the ac checkup they were called to do.

Had water under hot water tank. I thought the worse new tank there goes a grand man can out nice guy very professional found leak was from an element in tank he replaced part double check system educated me on were my shut of valves were as a new home owner I didn't know and was very fast at his work . With pressed time to go to work myself he was done and no more leaks and as well told me if it continues to leak it work need a new tank and today's visit would be credited towards tank replacement . Great to know that there are good honest people out there . Work was done fast clean and professional . They did my a/c system a year ago and never had a problem with that either . I would highly recommend and will forever use them . Great company

I have no complains about the unit or the installation. Very professional technicians and the job/installation was well done and fast. The sales specialist (Val) wasn't as helpful as he wants you to believe he is and tells you one thing and then you find out that it was something different. Just keep track of what he does and file/keep all the receipts if you decide to go ahead and use this company. Other than that they were great.

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing installed a complete a/c system at our home. The salesman was very helpful in helping us select the best type of system and provided us with important information about the process and when and how the system would be installed. The installation technicians were very professional and detailed. They did an excellent job from beginning to end. They have a quality control person who inspects the completed work and a month later rechecked the work again. The system works greats and exceeds our expectations. We highly recommend this company and there employees

I had other companies come to give me quotes, and they were all over the place with what I needed. Lindstrom can in, gave me a great quote and great payment terms. They kept their word, the technicians that came out to install were on time and did a great job. Highly recommend them to anyone!

The old unit was removed and area was cleaned, thermostat was replaced, pipes were changed....the job was done as they promised, there were no delays. AWESOME!

We had three different companies give us a quote regarding a new ac unit. Lindstrom had the best payment plan and was the most professional among the three. They pointed out several key issues that other companies had overlooked and it made us feel that they knew what they were doing better than the other companies. We ended up picking them and we sure are glad we did!!! From the beginning to the end, the Lindstrom people did an excellent job. Punctual, clean, professional, everything was done to perfection, everything was explained and we couldn't have been happier we picked them! I wish all the service companies will learn from them.

the gentleman came out checked my air unit - told me I needed a new one $59.00 later no one calls no one returned my call, I call again the girl tells me she can have someone out there tomorrow. HELLO!! no air!!
