Galia L. Kamishev, M.D., is board-certified in internal medicine. At Conviva Coconut Creek, she leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused health care professionals with a dedication to medical excellence. Dr. Kamishev served a clinical externship with the Department of Medical Education of the Community Medical Center affiliated with Hahnemann University in Scranton, Pennsylvania, 1984-1985. She completed PGY I and PGY II internal medicine residencies at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and a PGY III residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland, 1985-1987. Dr. Kamishev earned her medical degree from the Central University of the East in San Pedro De Macoris Dominican Republic. She received a Bachelor of Science in biology from Queens College in Flushing, New York. Dr. Kamishev enjoys music and reading.
